Strategic Attorney LLC is the creator of the national Strategic Attorney Mentoring program. The Mentoring program provides counsel and advice to estate planning attorneys on professional development & legal tools, rain-making including marketing, sales & pipeline development, and practice management which focuses on cash flow, team-building, and profitability. The founders of Strategic Attorney are Diedre Wachbrit Braverman, a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate* practicing in this area for 10 years in California and Bennett Braverman, who has focused his law practice on estate planning since 1994 in Florida and Colorado. Diedre is a former McKinsey & Co. consultant with a depth of business consulting experience that includes cost control studies, marketing research, recommendations & implementation, and budget clarity efforts. Prior to estate planning law, Bennett worked in family law and understands the concerns and needs of attorneys transitioning from another practice area to estate planning.
